Navigating the path to college and beyond
With someone who has walked it.
I’m Kim Starkman. As a Speech-Language Therapist and a mother to three neurodivergent children, I help families find the colleges and transition programs where students with learning differences, ADHD, Autism Spectrum and other neurodiversities don’t just fit in—they thrive.
Drawing on my clinical background as a speech-language pathologist and my lived experience as a parent of neurodivergent children, I guide students and families through the complexities of post-secondary transitions.

How do we compare

My student is capable,
but not independent yet.
You’re not alone. I help families find clarity, realistic options, and a plan that fits their child.
